This programme is for you if:
● You are wanting to take the first step getting back into fitness or are new to Personal Training and want support, help and advice with both your fitness and nutrition to help you to get in shape!
● You feel you have tried every single diet on the planet, but have not seen long term success.
● You feel you try to eat healthy but find it hard to sustain in the longer term.
● You need someone there to help motivate you with fitness and nutrition to lose weight and feel fitter and healthier.
● You want a minimum once weekly individualised Personal Training session on a regular basis.
● You are feeling fed up of going to the gym week after week but not seeing results.
● You are completely bored with your current gym/exercise routine, need motivating and would find it beneficial to freshen up your workout.
● You need someone to provide you with structure and routine that fits in to your busy lifestyle.
● You want to take control of your fitness and nutrition and increase your confidence!

● Initial consultation, goal setting and fitness taster session.
● Meet with Ellen to discuss your nutrition goals. This will be the platform for Ellen to create your 6 week easy to follow nutrition plan that will run alongside your personal training.
● Six one hour individualised training sessions.
● Monthly body measurements, weight and photographs taken to monitor and review your progress.
● Ongoing nutritional advice and support and your daily energy requirements regularly monitored and modified as required during your time training with Ellen.
● Unlimited email, phone and text support.
● Regular goal setting, progress and review meetings.
