Exercise and nutrition go hand in hand. I am a firm believer that you need a good balance of both to be successful in reaching your health and fitness goals. It is about making the longer term changes that will be key to sustainability in our often very busy lives. Although I think exercise is an essential component of everyday life, I like to have fun! I believe that variety is a good thing and having a positive frame of mind will always help you in achieving your goals!
I offer a choice of Personal Training and Nutrition packages that have been created to specifically give you the choice and flexibility of personally tailored support to suit your individual need and goals. I offer this with my personal training and nutrition programmes together or individually.
At your consultations and fitness taster sessions with me, we will discuss and agree your goals and the outcomes you want to achieve. Based on the consultation, I will then recommend what programme is best suited to you and you can make a choice as to which programme you would like to begin with on your Fit for Life journey.
As we work together, you will have your progress tracked and reviewed and my continued advice, motivation and support!

Nutrition at ‘Fit for Life’
Yes- exercising and keeping active is extremely important – the nutritional side is even more so! I believe that what you put in your body is what you can expect to get out- if you eat rubbish, you will feel rubbish. But we all want to enjoy ourselves and it shouldn’t all be about meal prepping and depriving ourselves all of the time. In my own personal experience, moderation alongside decent nutritional advice is the absolute key to sustainability. I am passionate about this and always strive to help and support my clients to create a good life balance, passing on my nutrition and healthy lifestyle advice.
I offer a range of nutrition plans, both bespoke to suit your required goals and ready made for perhaps a kick start or more short term goals! Either way, I will work with you and give you 100% of the support and advice to get you where you want to be!
